BotanIA

Intuitive Intelligence for Modern Business

BotanIA is rooted in botany, the study of how living things grow, with IA standing for InteligĂȘncia Artificial, artificial intelligence in Portuguese. Two ideas in one word: technology and growth, working together. Our promise is simple: work that feels lighter, and time that comes back to you.

The problem

Growth shouldn't cost you your time

Every business owner hits the same wall. The more you grow, the more your time gets eaten by the things that don't need you specifically. It piles up quietly, until it's running your day instead of the other way around.

  • Agreements waiting on signatures
  • Reports built manually every week
  • Calendars that are double booked and reactive
  • Client records scattered across too many tools
How it works

Root. Grow. Bloom.

Discovery

Root

A real conversation about where your time is actually going. Not a sales pitch, a working session.

Build

Grow

BotanIA designs and builds an AI agent scoped precisely to that problem, not a generic tool.

Monitor

Bloom

Once live, BotanIA keeps watching it, so it keeps working as your business changes and grows.

What your agent can handle

Every capability here comes from real executive support work, not a generic automation template.

Agreements and contracts

SOW creation, DocuSign routing, and signature tracking from draft to fully executed.

Reporting

Recurring business and status reports, built and delivered on schedule, every time.

Calendar and scheduling

Executive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics handled proactively.

CRM and client management

Client onboarding, database upkeep, and follow up tracking so no relationship goes quiet.

Communications

Correspondence, meeting notes, and follow ups that don't fall through the cracks.

Project coordination

Task tracking, deadlines, and status updates kept current across an entire team.

About the founder

Hi, I'm Daiani

Daiani, founder of BotanIA

For more than a decade, I have supported executives and teams in fast-paced global organizations, most recently within the Office of the President and CEO at Qualcomm. Before that, I served as a contracted team lead at Google and partnered with senior leaders at Baker Tilly, BASF, and KPMG. These experiences shaped how I anticipate needs, connect people and priorities, and create systems that allow leaders to focus on meaningful work. Based in San Diego, I bring a global perspective through my fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

I founded BotanIA to help business owners and entrepreneurs thrive through a new kind of support ecosystem. Inspired by the way nature works, where every element has a role in sustaining growth, I design intuitive intelligence solutions through custom AI agents that become an extension of your team. These agents help manage contracts, reports, scheduling, CRM organization, and other operational responsibilities, creating more space for leaders to focus on vision, relationships, and growth.

BotanIA represents the connection between nature and technology. The name combines botany, my personal passion and the study of how living systems grow, with IA, the way we say artificial intelligence in Portuguese, honoring my Brazilian roots. Just like a thriving ecosystem, I believe technology works best when every intelligent element supports the growth of the whole.

What clients say

Proof, not promises

She is consistently proactive, often staying several steps ahead to ensure everything runs smoothly without the need for prompting. Her attention to detail and thoroughness make her incredibly reliable. I always know the work is in good hands.

She handled her first major due date for me and handled it very well. Very appreciative of all she does for me, and this is an especially critical function of someone in her position.

What truly sets her apart is her drive to improve processes and create efficiencies that make things easier for everyone involved.
